How do I use this?
The Green Smoothie Starter Set includes a recyclable refill cup and a refillable jar.

1. Remove clear over-cap.
2. Push the white dispensing pump down one time to dispense.
3. When finished, replace the clear over-cap and avoid removing the white dispensing pump as much as possible. This will prevent the product from being exposed to air and will keep your product fresh!
4. Once you run out, remove the empty cup, recycle it, and replenish it with a refill!
Refill Assembly:
1. Insert the refill cup into the jar, do not remove the seal.
2. Place the pump on the jar, push it down, and turn it until closed.
3. Place both thumbs evenly apart on the white dispensing pump. Press down evenly several times to create a vacuum until the product is dispensed.
4. Once empty, remove, recycle, and refill!

For those with acne, the masque should be used 3-4 times a week for the 1st two weeks and then 1-2 times a week ongoing. It also makes a great spot treatment for pimples. Apply to a blemish before bed and in the morning it will be greatly reduced, ready for extraction, or gone. Apply generously to freshly cleansed and damp skin. Massage for 30 seconds then leave on for 10-15 minutes. Remove with a warm, moist, cloth followed by several splashes of warm water.
TIP: Apply to only your t-zone if you have dry skin, but need to clean out your pores. This takes the inflammation right out of your pimples!
