Good, Clean Sleep
Getting a good night's rest is so important for our health!
Sleep is key to your health and trim journey!

Poor sleep can increase appetite, likely due to its effect on hormones that signal hunger and fullness.
Lack of sleep creates cell damage and inflammation, and decreases self-control and decision-making, especially when it comes to food choices.

It's time to get SERIOUS about sleep!

Lack of sleep, poor sleep, and disrupted sleep are linked to:
 Cell damage
Effects on decision making
Energy levels
Heart disease
 Inflammation
Insulin resistance
Poor Memory
Bad Mood
 Obesity
Stroke
Weight gain

So what can you do to get more sleep?
Exercise in the morning
Go outside for a walk
No caffeine after 2:00 pm
Decaf hot, herbal teas after dinner
Jammies on after dinner
Good book, offline and in bed by 9:00 pm
Lights out at 10:00 pm
Keep the room dark or wear an eye mask

I love crawling into fresh sheets, but knowing they are healthy for me, and knowing that I don't have my mouth, eyes, and nose breathing in toxic chemicals is even better.

Buying a higher-quality sheet that is organic and super silky soft is worth it to me.  Not only does it keep me healthy, but it is also a good reminder that I need to wash my face before bed to keep my pillowcase clean.

Having a clean face and breathable, temperature-controlled, silky-soft sheets helps me sleep soundly.  If nothing else went right that day, at least I can look forward to a nice bed and good sleep!

Not only is it good for my health, but it's good for my skin because it's anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and hypoallergenic.  It combats backne and acne!

It's also good for my hair and if you have long, curly hair, you need a silk pillowcase to preserve your curls and combat frizz and dryness.
