I want to bless your health journey with some easy swaps that you can make at the store.  Staying on plan can be daunting in the beginning, considering how many products in stores are heavily laden with sugar and other unhealthy ingredients for your body.

When you're on the Trim Healthy plan, I don't want you to feel left out or deprived in any way! That's why I want to share Healthy Swap Outs with you, so that you can still live in food freedom AND get healthier.  I also want to let you know that not every single item in a brand line is on plan, so please remember to check your labels.  

Feeling thirsty, but you don't have your favorite THM Sipper nearby?
Make sure you're looking for Body Armor "Lyte" with the silver cap!


Feeling for something salty and crunchy? I've got you covered:Popcorners are only on plan in the Sea Salt and Queso variety. They are an E. Their other flavors have additives, which makes them not an ideal choice.


But, Charity, I have such a sweet tooth! Not a problem if you choose well:

Not all JoJo's are on plan, so look for the pictures above.
  When buying Think bars, look for "Keto" in the black box on the left of bar.

Here are some great options if you're feeling for wraps:
Low carb wraps are what TH calls a personal choice frankenfood, meaning that they have less than optimal ingredients, but can work once in a while with your meals. 
Look for ones that have 6g of NET carbs or less.

Or perhaps you're more into tortilla chips?

Mary's Gone crackers are an E on plan if you stick with 12 crackers. They would go great with an FP soup! Mary’s also has a Super Seed version that are a crossover and a Real Thin version that is not on plan.

 Yogurt can be tricky because companies are often changing their ingredients.

HOW TO USE:
Those with dry skin should use Quench Cleanse in the morning and again in the evening. For combination or sun-damaged skin, use Quench Cleanse in the morning and Dream Clean in the evening. It can also be recommended for temporary use for those with oily skin who may be experiencing an increase in oil production due to a previously used, over-stripping cleansing routine or acne treatment. Once the skin is rebalanced, Dream Clean can replace the PM use of Quench Cleanse, if needed.

Massage into the skin using circular, upward strokes. Remove with several splashes of warm water followed by a cool water splash.

Hello, Lovely!

Ketchup and Mayonnaise are firm family favorites! So it's important to find on-plan alternatives for both!

Ketchup has some natural sugar from the tomatoes and that’s fine to use. 
What we’re avoiding is the ADDED sugar many brands contain.

Any store-bought mayonnaise that has 0g carbs can be used on-plan for Drive-Thru Sue's. 

Basically, all store-bought ketchup and mayonnaise can be used, 
even with the less than ideal ingredients, because you use so little at a time, so it's negligible.

 If you want a cleaner Mayonnaise option with 100% on plan ingredients, you can look for:
 Primal Kitchen, Tessemae's, Sir Kensington's, Better Body Foods or Chosen Foods. 
These all have varieties that have 100% on-plan ingredients.

 Here are some great examples of on-plan, store-bought ketchup:

Yo Mama's

Heinz
Simple Truth Organic  
Hellmann's

If ketchup is sweetened with honey (like the Heinz above), it's not ideal for weight loss.
But, if you stick to a small amount and keep it infrequent, it's probably a better choice than ketchup sweetened with regular sugar.   


Make your own!
An amazing benefit of being part of the THM community is that there is a recipe for just about anything!
Take a look at these amazing recipes for both Ketchup (FP) and Mayonnaise! (S)
I prefer to make my own with these two recipes, but if I'm in a pinch, I will only use 100% pure on-plan store-bought because I don't like to use any unhealthy oils in my diet.

Well, there you have it!

Whether you buy sugar-free from the store, or you make your own from scratch, Ketchup and Mayonnaise are a great addition to any meal!
